Developed by Black Dog Institute, myCompass is a fully interactive online program designed to help people manage stress and make their mental well-being a priority. It is particularly useful for people diagnosed with mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
Based on the results of a mental health self-assessment, myCompass offers a selection of activities to address priority areas, such as sleep, goal setting or problem solving. Each online module contains information and simple exercises that can help users develop better mental health and self care habits. It also includes tools to track progress, motivational ‘snippets’ for inspiration and a knowledge base of mental health information.
