Let’s Talk Suicide is a virtual program for children who are grieving the suicide of a parent or sibling. It addresses the specific needs of kids experiencing this type of loss, including feelings of guilt, shame and blame.

The program aims aim to empower children with coping skills and tools to understand and manage their grief, which will build their resilience. Children will also find different ways to share their grief story in a healthy way with other kids in the program, inviting them to talk more openly, reducing the pain they are experiencing.

This free program was created by children’s mental health charity Feel the Magic, in collaboration with Roses in the Ocean, the University of Melbourne and the NSW Government’s Suicide Prevention Collaborative.
