Iris Foundation is thrilled to announce that we have been named as one of the 200 Westpac Foundation Community Grant recipients for 2018.
This $10,000 grant will help the Foundation to deliver Life Connections programs that have been tailored to address the specific needs of young people.
The program will help participants to improve mental wellness, build resilience and create a new more positive identity. Life Connections offers young people practical tools to manage difficult situations, make social connections and foster a sense of hope about their future.
