Members of the Iris Foundation board and management were welcomed at Westpac’s Tuggerah branch on 6 March 2018.
The visit was an opportunity to share updates regarding the Foundation’s efforts to foster hope and connection in the Central Coast community. Branch Manager Jo-Anne Goodman presented our co-founders with a $10,000 cheque on behalf of the Westpac Foundation Community Grant Program. This grant has allowed Iris Foundation to pilot an extended Life Connections program, currently underway in Newcastle. Life Connections offers adult participants a set of practical tools to build resilience – the ability to recover effectively from life’s setbacks.
